Event Overview
The Executive Roundtable in Mexico City is an invitation-only gathering that convenes senior LGBTQI+ and ally leaders from companies across industries for a high-level, peer-driven conversation.
Within a global context, and with a focus on the Mexican market, executives will connect to share insights, reflect on the current state of LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in Mexico, and explore how senior leadership can use its influence to drive meaningful, sustainable change. The session emphasizes strategic leadership, executive visibility, and cross-company collaboration, positioning inclusion as a core business and talent priority.
This gathering is designed to foster trust, candid dialogue, and long-term relationships among leaders committed to advancing inclusive workplaces in Mexico and across the region.

El Encuentro Ejecutivo en la Ciudad de México es un evento exclusivo (por invitación) que reunirá a líderes LGBTQI+ y aliados de alto nivel de empresas de diversos sectores para una conversación entre pares.
En un contexto global cambiante y con un enfoque en el marcado mexicano, el encuentro busca compartir perspectivas, reflexionar sobre el estado actual de la inclusión laboral LGBTQI+ en México y explorar cómo la alta dirección puede utilizar su influencia para impulsar cambios significativos y sostenibles. La sesión enfatiza el liderazgo estratégico, la visibilidad ejecutiva y la colaboracion interempresarial, posicionando la inclusión como una prioridad clave para el negocio y el talento.
Este espacio está diseñado para fomentar la confianza, el diálogo y las relaciones a largo plazo entre lideres comprometidos con la inclusión LGBTQI+ en el ámbito laboral, tanto en México como en toda la región.
