Your Guide to Successfully Navigating Summit
We are in a moment when the voices and actions of a few are attempting to dim the light and progress of an entire movement. And while it may seem overwhelming, we must remember our potential, our strength, and our value. In times of adversity, doubt, and challenge, Queer joy and resilience will always outshine and persevere.
Through the Out & Equal Workplace Summit and our theme of “Illuminate”, we will harness, nurture, and grow the light that resides within us all. We will remind our collective community and the world of the brilliance and power we hold. We will remind them that we are an unstoppable, radiant force.
Registration
Registration is now open for the 2024 Out & Equal Workplace Summit hosted October 8-10 and our pre-Summit Leadership Lab on October 7. The primary contact working with Out & Equal will receive access codes to distribute within their organization for delegates to begin their registration process.
Registration Types
In-Person + ePass
In-person + ePass registration includes access to the full 3-day event along with all Out & Equal-hosted programming, except for invitation-only events. Registrants will also have access to the virtual app which includes the agenda, venue maps, session materials, on-demand plenaries and workshops recordings, and much more!
ePass
Out & Equal’s ePass enables participants to remotely experience Summit learning and networking from their computer or mobile device. Hear from leaders in plenaries, connect with attendees, and access key session content through this option. ePass holders will be able to access selected Summit content after the event and until the end of the year.
Exhibitor Staff
Exhibitor Staff (Engagement Center Only) registrants have access to the engagement center but not the Workplace Summit programming.
ADD ON: Leadership Lab Day – October 7
The Leadership Lab Day provides insights and skill-building opportunities across priority issue areas for learners of all experience levels. The 2024 Summit will feature five learning tracks aligned with Out & Equal’s focus areas.
What is Leadership Lab Day?
The 2024 Summit Leadership Lab Day (formerly Pre-Con Day) will take place on October 7. This learning opportunity provides learners with insights and skill-building opportunities to deepen their understanding and effectiveness across three dedicated learning tracks while building community in their learning cohort.
2024 Leadership Labs include:
- Strategies for Supercharging LGBTQ+ ERG Impact: Designed for ERG leaders and key contributors, this program will provide guidance for evolving your ERG to meet the challenges faced at the present moment. Learners will engage in programs addressing ERG leadership and sustainability, navigating the policy landscape, building team resilience, and much more.
- Shattering the Lavender Ceiling: Trans and Nonbinary Leadership Development: Created specifically for transgender and nonbinary individuals, participants with insights into the challenges that the community faces, learn strategies for resilience, and pathways to developing networks and community for support and growth.
- Cultivating Your Personal Queer Power for Change: The challenges facing the Queer and super-ally community are tremendous. In this track, learners will build their communications powers, get strategies for resilience and avoiding burnout, and much more.
