Out & Equal is expanding its APAC impact by convening leaders across the Philippines and India to explore the future of LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Through four high-impact events, sponsored and hosted by leading Partners, we are equipping organizations with actionable strategies, elevating regional lived experiences, and cultivating communities of practice that advance belonging for all employees. These convenings strengthen relationships, deepen regional insight, and build momentum toward systemic, sustainable change in workplaces across APAC. 

The first event in this series, the 2026 APAC LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Symposium, co-hosted by the Philippine Financial & Inter-Industry Pride (PFIP) and sponsored by JPMorganChase, brings together senior leaders, inclusion practitioners, ERG champions, and APAC decision-makers to shape the future of LGBTQ+ inclusion and belonging across workplaces in the region. 

The program explores evolving themes of intersectionality, psychological safety, mental health realities, courageous leadership, and ERG scaling. Building on years of collaboration with PFIP, this Symposium expands from prior Philippines-focused engagement to embrace APAC-wide insight, culture-based perspectives, shared challenges, and regional opportunities.
