Exhibits for the 2023 Workplace Summit will be located at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Convention Center on Tuesday, September 12th, Wednesday, September 13th and Thursday, September 14th.
Having both a virtual booth and an in-person booth provides businesses with the best of both worlds, allowing them to reach a wider audience by catering to both physical and remote attendees. While the in-person booth offers the benefits of direct interactions and hands-on experiences, the virtual booth extends the reach to a global audience, providing convenience, accessibility, and the opportunity for virtual networking.
Out & Equal Partners may exhibit at the 2023 Workplace Summit if they are a: Titanium, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, Government Partner, Community Partner, or a Brass Partner that has been approved. Out & Equal reserves the right to approve all exhibitor applicants.

We are once again providing our Titanium Partners two full pages of real estate in our 2023 program book. These pages can be treated as distinct, but complementary assets, or can be developed as a comprehensive two-page spread. The two pages have historically been shaped as one page for an ad and one page for special written content in the form of an article.
Topics may include:
- Your leadership work and partnership with Out & Equal
- Your efforts to advance LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace (challenges and successes)
- The work you do daily to empower your LGBTQ+ employees to be their authentic selves at work, openly and proudly
If you choose to submit and ad and editorial content, we ask you target approximately 300-400 words and provide us with 1 or 2 high-resolution images. We reserve the right to edit content for brevity in the layout process.
