The 2023 Workplace Summit is a closed event, exclusive to known and vetted Out & Equal Partners.

Registration codes will only be sent to the Primary Contact for distribution within their organization. Partner attendees will need to register using the link provided in the initial registration email.

Registration Types

In-Person Registration

In-person Summit registration includes the full 3-day event, September 12th through 14th, with access to all Out & Equal-hosted programming (with the exception of invitation-only events).

ePass

2023 Workplace Summit once again includes an ePass solution for those who are not able to join us in person, as well as for all full-access ticket holders who wish to view select sessions and associated session materials on demand post-Summit. Select Summit content will be available to full-access and ePass ticket holders until Friday, November 18, 2023, via the virtual Summit platform/app.

Engagement Center Staff

Engagement Center Staff-Only registrants have access to the engagement center but not the Workplace Summit programming.

Out & Equal is pleased to offer a unique full day of learning and networking that complements the workshop format of the conference with “deep dive” long form sessions for those interested in strengthening their roles as internal change agents.

HotelS/TRANSPORTATION

All attendees must register for the event prior to booking hotel accommodations. Upon completing registration, attendees will receive booking information, including the link to the housing site, in the registration confirmation email. To secure special room rates, hotel reservations must have been booked by Friday, August 11^th, 2023.

Exclusive, complimentary transportation between all three Summit venues will be available starting on September 11^th to support Pre-conference activities and run through September 14^th to ensure a seamless experience.

Hotel Sub-Blocks

Sub-blocks are available to Partners who are Titanium, Gold, Platinum, Gold, and Silver AND have 15+ attendees per night. To reserve a sub-block, please contact SummitHousing@executivevents.com.

Airport

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport to Disney World. Attendees can rent a vehicle or make a shuttle reservation with Mears to continue the journey to Disney properties. O&E does not provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
