Out & Equal is thrilled to launch Practitioners for Change, made possible thanks to a generous grant from Capital One.
The series is designed to help sustain practitioners both as professionals, and as people by weaving together critical conversations about racial equity, mental health, and well-being. This program is open to anyone who works in DEI, including resource group leaders, recruiters, HR professionals, and managers striving to center equity and inclusion on their teams.

There are three components to Practitioners for Change:
- DEI Dialogues: brings together DEI leaders to discuss best practices and emerging challenges. These video meetings will bring together practitioners to discuss: engaging in public policy, inclusive data collection, best strategies for LGBTQ-inclusive hiring, and more.
- Intersectional Learning: brings critical conversations on DEI practices with an intersectional focus to the forefront. This series will feature conversations with high-profile subject matter experts, and will include concrete tools and strategies to effect change.
- Practitioner Well-Being: will teach participants to cultivate their mental and emotional skills for greater personal and professional success.
