Executive Forum
The 11th annual Out & Equal Executive Forum will convene LGBT and Ally senior executives and business leaders from multi-national corporations and federal agencies for two days of professional development and in-depth exploration of the global landscape of LGBT workplace equality. The Executive Forum takes place in congruence with our annual Momentum Celebration. The gala celebrates LGBT leadership and includes entertainment, awards and a fundraising auction.
Who Participates at Executive Forum
- High-level Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally executives charged with management and budget decisions for a significant business or function. They also have direct access to a CEO separated by no more than two levels.
- Emerging Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Ally professionals on a career path to become leaders within their companies. They are often prominent employee resource group leaders with access to senior executives.
- LGBT Young Professionals in the first 10 – 15 years of their careers who are on a career path to become leaders within their companies.
Rates
There is not a deadline to register, however space is limited and we tend to reach capacity by March 1.
