Drawing on insights from more than 560 working professionals, the research highlights how legislative changes influence where people choose to live and work, their sense of safety, and their experiences at work.

The findings surface growing challenges for LGBTQ+ employees and allies and outline actionable steps businesses can take to support their workforce, strengthen inclusion, and respond proactively to a shifting policy landscape.
