Who is Out & Equal?

Where and when will the 2022 Workplace Summit take place?
The 2022 Workplace Summit will take place at The Mirage in Las Vegas on October 17th – 20th, 2022.
What does a full conference registration include?
Full conference registration will include pre-Summit virtual programming (October 11th-13th) + the full 3-day in-person conference (October 17th-20th).
Where can I reserve a hotel room for Summit?

I’ve heard great things about the Summit Buddy Program. Can I still sign up?
You can sign up for the Buddy Program during the registration process. Please note that the program will likely fill up, so we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible. More information about the Summit Buddy Program is available here.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Can non-registered spouses/partners attend any of the after hours events or buy tickets?
Unfortunately, we will not be selling tickets to non-registered spouses/partners for any Summit events. We have strict capacity limitations at the Mirage. Thank you for understanding.
Will we be receiving HRCI or SHRM CEU credits for any of the presentations for the summit?
Many of our live workshops are eligible for PDCs—contact learning@outandequal.org for more information.
Where will the “Night Out” be held?
The Night Out will be at the Mirage Pool on Wednesday 8 – 11PM.
Is the Gala a formal event? Any attire expectations?
The Gala dress code is “business festive” – wear your business casual clothes or feel free to dress it up!
What support are you offering during Summit for neurodiverse attendees who require low-stimulation environments? Will there be loud sound or flashing lights which can exclude neurodiverse folks?
Our plenary sessions will have loud music, flashing lights, and sounds. Please do what you need to take care of yourself in these moments. We will have a quiet room in the conference center where people can take breaks without noise or others.
What’s the name of the Summit app?
Search “Out & Equal 2022” in the App Store or Google Play to download the Summit app.
How long will I have access to the e-Pass content on the Summit platform?
Attendees can revisit e-Pass content until November 18th.
What meals will be provided to attendees during Summit?
Meals will be provided during the Opening Brunch, Power Lunch, and Gala. Other meals will need to be provided by the attendee.

How much does Summit registration cost?

How do I register as a Government employee?
Please contact Registration@outandequal.org to obtain the separate link to register as a Government employee. Please note that you must have a .gov or .mil email address to be eligible for the Government rate.
- In-Person Government Attendee: $1,250
- e-Pass Government Attendee: $450
What forms of payment are accepted?
For the 2022 Workplace Summit, all registrations must be paid for with a credit card. Registrations will not be considered complete without the application of a credit card, so please have a credit card available before beginning your registration.
If your company requires that you make a payment via check, please contact Registration@outandequal.org to pre-pay for your registration. You will be issued a code which can be used to settle your balance online in the registration process. Your registration code will be issued once payment is processed.
How do I register a group?
If you’d like to register a group of over 10 attendees, please contact Registration@outandequal.org. Please note that we do not offer a special group rate.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS
I am an In-Person attendee or an e-Pass attendee and I need to cancel my registration. What do I do?
No refunds will be granted for no-shows. A $100 Cancellation Processing Fee will be charged for all cancellation requests and the following additional fees will apply:
– Until August 31: registration purchase is 100% refundable (except for mandatory $100 processing fee)
– Starting September 1: refunds will not be processed. In-person attendees can change their registration type to e-Pass (virtual programming only) by contacting Registration@outandequal.org.
TRANSFERS
I can no longer attend but someone else can go in my place. How do I transfer my registration?
Name changes and transfers for registrations from the same company/organization are welcomed through October 3, 2022. After this point, transfers will not be accepted and refunds for cancellations will not be given.

PARTNER COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION CODES
I was given a code to register and it isn’t working. What do I do?
Please contact Summit Registration at Registration@outandequal.org for assistance applying your code to your registration.
My company is a Summit partner, but I was not given a discount code. Where do I retrieve my code?
As a partner, your company may have been given a limited number of complimentary codes for company attendees. These codes MUST be distributed by the designated partnership contact at your company and cannot be distributed by Summit Registration or Out & Equal. If you believe you should have received a code for registration, please contact your company representative. If you do not know who the company representative is, please contact Partnerships@outandequal.org.

SUMMIT e-PASS PROGRAMMING
What does the e-Pass registration include?
The e-Pass registration will include pre-Summit virtual programming from October 11th-13th. In addition, it includes access to specific sessions during the in-person Summit from October 18-20 – live streamed Plenaries, live streamed Premier Sessions and recorded workshop sessions. How do I access the virtual event platform as an e-Pass attendee?
Once the virtual event platform has launched, attendees who have registered will automatically receive an email containing a link to access the platform. e-Pass programming will be hosted on Pathable, which is the same Zoom-based virtual platform as the 2020 and 2021 Summit events.
