Who is Out & Equal?
Out & Equal is the premier organization working exclusively on LGBTQ workplace equality. Through our worldwide programs, Fortune 500 partnerships and our annual Workplace Summit conference, we help LGBTQ people thrive and support organizations creating a culture of belonging for all.
What is the Executive Forum?
The annual Out & Equal Executive Forum (ExFo) brings together global LGBTQ+ and ally senior executives and individual leaders from multi-national corporations and federal agencies. Combining professional development and in-depth exploration of the global landscape of LGBTQ+ workplace equality, participants also receive unique networking and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.
Where will ExFo be held this year?
The 2022 ExFo will take place in-person this year at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, CA.

When does ExFo take place?
ExFo takes place Tuesday, March 29th to Thursday, March 31st, 2022.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Please plan to arrive by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 29th to participate in the ExFo Welcome and be introduced to your cohort. ExFo will culminate with Momentum on Thursday, March 31st concluding at approximately 10:00 PM. Attendees should plan to depart the following morning: Friday, April 1st.
What is the attire for ExFo?
Business casual attire is appropriate for much of ExFo. For Momentum on Thursday night attendees should come in business formal or festive attire.
If you have received a code to register for the event, please reference the registration link provided to you via email. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate individual registration purchases to this year’s Executive Forum.
What forms of payment are accepted?
If you are not using a partner registration code for ExFo, registration payment must be made online with a credit card. If you are a partner company contact looking to purchase additional registrations, please contact your account manager at Out & Equal or reach out to Registration@outandequal.org.
I can no longer attend and no one can go in my place. What do I do?
For Registration Package Cancellation:
Please contact Registration@outandequal.org if you need to cancel your registration. If you did not register with a code, please note that refunds for cancellations will not be given after March 11th.
I can no longer attend but someone else can go in my place. How do I substitute?
Name changes and substitutions for registrations from the same organization are welcomed until March 11th, 2022. After this point, transfers will not be accepted and refunds for cancellations will not be given. Please contact the ExFo registration team at Registration@outandequal.org for assistance transferring your registration.
SPONSOR COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION CODES
I was given a code to register and it isn’t working. What do I do?
Please contact the ExFo registration team at Registration@outandequal.org for assistance applying your code to your registration.
My company is an ExFo partner, but I was not given a discount code. Where do I retrieve my code?
As a partner, your company may have been given a limited number of complimentary codes for company attendees. These codes MUST be distributed by the designated sponsorship contact at your company, and cannot be distributed by Out & Equal. If you believe you should have received a code for registration, please contact your company representative. If you do not know who your company representative is, please contact Partnerships@outandequal.org.
Upon completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent which includes a booking link to the Palace Hotel.
Can I reserve housing prior to purchasing my registration package?
Yes. If you are not ready to register for ExFo but would like to reserve accommodations at the Palace Hotel, please reference the booking link provided in the email with your complimentary registration code.health & safety faqs
