About Out & Equal Seattle

Out & Equal Seattle was founded in October 2007. The group meets quarterly and brings together representatives from many Northwest companies including Amazon.com, Boeing, Microsoft, Starbucks. Alaska Airlines and Wells Fargo. The quarterly meetings give participants an opportunity to connect, hear from a community organization and learn best practices from other companies about how to further engage our Employee Resource Groups.

Out & Equal Seattle's Mission
Our mission is to champion an inclusive environment for all Northwest companies by fostering cross-company communication, providing personal and professional networking and development opportunities, creating community involvement opportunities, sharing best practices, and celebrating our diversity while benefiting our companies, communities, and families.
