Arti Sharma | Corporate Engagement Manager
As the manager of corporate engagement, Arti creates and facilitates relationships with companies that are new partners with Out and Equal, and ensuring excellent service to clients and that the goals of the corporate partners are met. Prior to joining Out and Equal in 2015, Arti was a member of the Corporate Responsibility team at Silicon Valley Community Foundation, supporting over 30 corporate clients with their corporate employee engagement funds and related customized philanthropy service. Arti has over 7 years of fundraising experience working with various non-profit organizations in the San Francisco/Bay Area as well as New York. Arti completed her undergraduate education at University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from New York University. Arti has traveled to over 12 U.S. states and over 17 countries and for the last 5 years has been a proud resident of San Francisco where she lives with her husband, Kevin. In her free time, she cooks, travels, and binge watches shows on Netflix.
