Our Mission
Out & Equal is the premier organization dedicated exclusively to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. We build strategic Partnerships, lead cutting-edge learning programs, and host global convenings, including our world-renowned Workplace Summit. With these resources, we equip companies and changemakers with the tools and insights to transform culture, retain talent, and lead with intention.

At Out & Equal, we don’t call companies out, we walk with them. Quietly. Strategically. Steadily. I’ve sat in every seat our Partners occupy: young, out professional, DEI lead, ERG founder, HR executive, even board advisor. I came out in my 20s at a Big 5 consulting firm, and grew a career at the intersection of business and inclusion. I know just how hard this work can be and how lonely it can feel. That’s why we don’t just offer best practices. We offer real partnership. Behind the scenes. In the hard moments. With the late-night calls, the tough trade-offs, the experiments that didn’t go perfectly. And most importantly, with a powerful, cross-sector community that learns, adapts, and moves forward together.
