In 2022, Out & Equal launched the Transgender and Nonbinary Executive Leadership Circle to unite C-Suite and executive leaders from major public and private sector workplaces to convene, build community, and share experiential knowledge, emerging practices, and career insights. Through that work and meaningful discussions with transgender and nonbinary executive leaders, we’ve developed resources, tools, and programming designed to foster workplace cultures that empower every employee to thrive.

Our work to facilitate workplace inclusion continues with the release of Out & Equal’s new report, “Where the Margins Meet the Corner Office: Five Leadership Insights from Transgender and Nonbinary Executives.” Key insights from the groundbreaking report are informed by programming and focus groups with transgender and nonbinary executives.
