The team here at Out & Equal wants to remind you of the feeling that Summit creates so that you stay inspired to do the work that needs to be done. That’s why we produced this video about Summit:
In October 2019, more than 6,000 LGBTQ+ and ally professionals came together as part of the largest Workplace Summit in history. People from over 60 countries and all 50 United States made their way to the halls of the Summit in Washington, DC. The Out & Equal Workplace Summit is only 4 days long. But what we take back home with us lasts a whole lot longer. And, for many of us, it inspires us to build even more inclusive workplaces.
