In 2016, Sarina began working as a Technical Designer for Hudson Scenic Studio, based in New York City. She worked alongside design teams to make conceptual ideas come to life, providing fabrication designs for projects ranging from Broadway productions to theatrical experiences for Disney Imagineering. Notable projects include My Fair Lady (Broadway, Lincoln Center), M. Butterfly (Broadway, Cort Theatre), Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Broadway, Lyric Theatre), Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (Walt Disney World / Disney Land).As a union stagehand under IATSE, Sarina has found the balance between live entertainment and design, with firsthand experience managing and running shows. Sarina most recently has used her working knowledge of 3D design and fabrication to run and maintain props for Broadway touring shows such as Hamilton: An American Musical (Angelica Tour) and Miss Saigon (North American Tour).
