Rolddy Leyva is Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) for Capital One, a Fortune 100 company with nearly 50,000 associates serving millions of customers from offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, India and the Philippines. As the head of DIB for Capital One, and in partnership with HR and business leaders, Rolddy and his team are responsible for building and advancing the strategic direction, deployment and alignment of the company’s diversity, inclusion & belonging initiatives. Rolddy’s DIB leadership journey includes over 20 years of DIB experience with Anheuser-Busch Companies, Sodexo and Capital One. Born in Havana, Cuba, Rolddy immigrated to the United States in 1980 and currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his partner. He is an active member of his community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates – a global NGO advancing workplace awareness, equality, inclusion and belonging for LGBTQ+ people in the United States and around the world.
