Michael Balderrama is a Choreographer, Director, Producer, Artist and Philanthropist. He is a Drama Desk and ACCA award winner. He has been part of almost a dozen Broadway shows, both on stage and on the creative side, and performed or created on 6 of the 7 continents around the world. He is currently Associate Global Supervising Choreographer for Hamilton and Associate Choreographer for the upcoming Michael Jackson Musical entitled “MJ”. Some favorite Broadway credits…In the Heights (Lin-Manuel’s understudy), Hamilton, Movin’ Out, Willie Lopez in Ghost. Choreographed, performed for and/or worked with Michael Jackson, Vanessa Williams, Gloria Estefan, Mariah Carey, Sutton Foster, Andy Blankenbuehler, Christopher Wheeldon, Thomas Kail, Twyla Tharp, Julie Taymor, Maurice Hines, Lin-Manuel Miranda and many more.
