Dr. Kimberly Myers is a leader in Deloitte’s healthcare practice, with 20 years of experience working with federal health and healthcare nonprofit clients. Dr. Myers is a strategist who has experience managing large, complex biomedical science and translational research programs; coordinating and leading the build of large technology solutions to advance translational research; and building strategic partnerships between governmental agencies, advocacy organizations, and industry. Dr. Myers currently focuses on health equity, data strategy, innovation and enterprise strategy, and disruptors enabling exponential change in the healthcare market. She serves leadership roles on two accounts and as a member of Deloitte’s Federal Health Executive Committee.
Dr. Myers has also served in numerous equity leadership roles. She served as the DEI leader for 25,000 professionals, bringing a data-driven approach, focusing on highest ROI efforts, establishing short and long-term metrics of success, and embedding DEI into the fabric of the culture. She currently serves as an advisor to Deloitte’s LGBTQ+ and Allies Community, as co-dean for Deloitte’s Leader-2-Leader Program, and as sponsor for the Black Women at Deloitte initiative and Reverse Mentorship Program.
Kim earned a Ph.D. in Virology from Harvard University and a B.S. in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University.
