This report examines the state of LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion in Argentina, highlighting both progress and persistent gaps that affect employees’ lived experiences. Drawing on insights from 167 respondents, the research explores disparities in policies, awareness, and day-to-day practices—particularly for trans and nonbinary employees.

The report surfaces key challenges around visibility, protection, and implementation, while offering actionable recommendations to help organizations strengthen inclusion and build more supportive, inclusive workplaces across the country.
