Join Out & Equal for the Q4 Global Forum: Glocalizing LGBTQI+ Inclusion – a shared forum for leaders from Brazil, India, China, and all over the world. As part of Out & Equal’s multi-part global initiative to spread out our events across the entire year with each quarter focused on a new theme, the Q4 Global Forum will bring together hundreds of LGBTQI+ and ally professionals to gain a cross-regional perspective on “glocalizing” LGBTQI+ inclusion, balancing local knowledge and context with global best practices. We will hear from influential thought leaders from around the world who are leading innovative efforts in their companies.

This Forum will be held in English with English closed captioning available. Simultaneous translation will be available in Portuguese and Mandarin.

Curtis Baker, APAC Regional Inclusion & Diversity and EX Lead, Dow

Curtis Baker is the Asia Pacific Regional Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) and Employee Experience (EX) leader. In this combined role, Curtis is responsible for driving and implementing the Inclusion & Diversity + Employee Experience strategy and providing expertise, consultation and support to business, functional, and ERG leaders and EX change champions in the region. Collaborating with the businesses and functions on inclusion and employee experience interventions that lead to measurable results and long-term culture change, he also manages relationship support for I&D + EX partnerships and represent Dow externally consistent with the region’s outreach and thought leadership initiatives.

Bruno Crepaldi, Superintendent at Itaú Unibanco (he/him)

Bruno Crepaldi works for more than 15 years at Itaú Unibanco and today is the Superintendent responsible for the Legal Department for the Retail Bank, Insurance, Socioenvironmental and Relationship with Public Entities. He is also the leader of the “Sou Como Sou”, the LGBTI+ ERG of the company, where he works to promote practices that encourage an environment based on respect for the diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity and expression. He has a law degree from Universidade de São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas and LLM from the University of California – Berkeley.

Surbhi Srivastava, Sr. Talent Services Partner, ServiceNow (she/her)

Surbhi is an HR professional with 10 years of experience in supporting technology businesses build high performing, inclusive & engaged teams. Having worked on several D&I related initiatives throughout her career, Surbhi is currently working with ServiceNow in the capacity of an HR Business Partner – while also co-leading the Diversity & Inclusion strategy & implementation for the APAC region. A passionate advocate for equity, Surbhi believes that operating with the purpose of inclusion is the need of the hour & it will help build successful ecosystems of the future.
