2020 Out & Equal LGBTQI+ India Forum

In its 3rd year as the premier LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion conference in India, the 2020 Out & Equal LGBTQI+ India Forum will bring together Indian and multinational companies across all industries. Participants will partake in trailblazing discussions and workshops, peer-to-peer education on innovative best practices, and networking with other like-minded leaders who are crating workplaces where everyone belongs.

We are excited to build upon the learnings from last year’s highly successful 2019 Forum and and dive even deeper into the most relevant workplace issues in the Indian workplace. This half-day virtual Forum will touch upon a wide range of topics such as trans and nonbinary inclusion, intersectional D&I models, case studies, mental health, and more. Through the experiences, connections, and innovative strategies developed at this Forum, attendees will walk away with tangible actions to implement in their workplaces to foster stronger environments of inclusion and belonging.

Even though we are not able to be together in the same room this year due to the pandemic, the virtual setting will allow us to de-centralize the conversations and reach an even wider range of participants and presenters.

What does the new virtual format include?

  • Expanded programming reaching a broader, decentralized audience
  • Plenary discussions
  • Choose your own adventure! Variety of simultaneous breakout sessions to choose from.
  • Interactive and engaging workshops
  • Virtual networking happy hour to wind down after the Forum and meet new people!

Registration for the 2020 LGBTQI+ India Forum is required* and space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
