The annual Out & Equal Executive Forum convenes LGBTQ and Ally senior executives and business leaders from multi-national corporations and federal agencies for professional development and in-depth exploration of the global landscape of LGBTQ workplace equality.
With very helpful input from our partners, we have made the decision to transition both the 2020 Executive Forum and 2020 Workplace Summit from in-person convenings to virtual experiences. We are taking this opportunity to expand and re-imagine ExFo in multiple ways. Participants will be able to engage meaningfully with their cohorts over the course of several months, and–for the first time –experience breakout sessions across the four cohorts (LGBTQ Sr. Executives, Sr. D&I Executives, ERG and D&I Leaders, and Leveraging Narratives.)
The 2020 Executive Forum
Beginning in May, we’ll feature ExFo general sessions and cohort-specific breakout workshops in a monthly Virtual ExFo Series. Bringing together content focused on LGBTQ professional development and best practices in D&I and ERG management, these sessions will be available both live and on-demand as recordings.
We are continuing to prioritize networking and peer-to-peer learning as a key element of the ExFo experience. Attendees will be able to network in between webinars and discuss the Virtual ExFo Series with their cohort through private, cohort-specific LinkedIn groups.
For the first time, the 2020 Executive Forum will conclude alongside the 2020 Workplace Summit. ExFo participants will experience private networking opportunities, ExFo-specific panels, and executive roundtables within the larger conference.Participants will also have complimentary access to the rest of the 2020 Workplace Summit!
Executive Forum Cohorts:
- LGBTQ Senior Executives: High-level LGBTQ executives charged with management and budget decisions for a significant business or function. You also have direct access to a CEO separated by no more than two levels.
- D&I Senior Executives: D&I executives charged with management and budget decisions for diversity and inclusion programs.
- D&I and ERG Leaders: D&I professionals and BRG/ERG leaders at all levels.
- Leveraging Narratives: A cohort for executives and leaders interested in honing their personal story and developing their public speaking skills. (Sold Out!)
