WEBINAR: Equitable, Not Equal: How Employee Benefits Impact LGBTQ+ Workplace Belonging

The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia (IDAHOBIT) draws attention to the violence and discrimination that LGBTQ+ people face. Despite significant progress, LGBTQ+ people often face health disparities and do not receive access to equitable healthcare. Organizations invested in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts can address this by ensuring their health benefits are designed for all their employees’ needs. Inclusion isn’t a box to check, it’s an approach an organization takes to everything in the workplace, including benefits.
