Unpacking LGBTQ+ Burnout and Mental Health

For the first time in Out & Equal’s history, we are launching an extended, multi-month virtual engagement series dedicated to the APAC region. This innovative programming goes beyond anything we have previously offered, providing sustained opportunities for learning, connection, and impact throughout the year. This evolution is designed to: 

  • Broaden Access: Connect with even more partners, practitioners, and allies—including those in the U.S. and around the world—who may not have been able to join us in person. 
  • Innovate for Impact: Deliver a series of interactive webinars, panels, and workshops, featuring diverse voices and fresh perspectives from across the APAC region and beyond. 
  • Strengthen Local Connections: Continue to support in-person roundtables and mini-events in key cities across India, in partnership with local hosts. 
  • Ensure Sustainability: Invest in engagement models that maximize impact and accessibility, while being mindful stewards of our shared resources.
