For more than two decades, the Out & Equal Workplace Summit has been the largest global gathering of the most committed senior leaders, ERG champions, HR & inclusion practitioners, changemakers, and LGBTQ+ and ally professionals in workplace inclusion. In 2026, it arrives at exactly the moment organizations need it most. Four days of practical strategies, honest conversations, and the kind of community that doesn’t just inspire you, it sustains you.
Summit is where the work of building better workplaces gets done—in real time, in candid conversations, with the people who lead this work in their organizations every day. It is the one place where the full breadth of the workplace inclusion community comes together: to learn from each other, to challenge each other, and to leave more equipped than when they arrived.

The Workplace Summit Experience
Walking into the opening morning Plenary and being in such a huge room with other professionals from the LGBTQ+ community was truly humbling. Knowing there are so many of us out there and continuing to push forward during these troubling times was truly amazing. I had goosebumps, tears and just felt so much love in the room. Truly will never forget the whole week!
It was a powerful reminder of why our work—and our leadership—must be rooted in purpose and impact. I’m returning with a renewed commitment to advocate for programming that truly matters. No more empty happy hours or initiatives that drain us without meaning. It’s time to shift toward experiences that energize, inspire, and create real value.
The entire Summit was truly magical. I walked away with powerful insights and a renewed sense of purpose. I was especially inspired by speakers like Harper Steele, Janelle Monáe, Deena Fidas, and Jean-Marie Navetta—their messages deeply resonated and reminded me why inclusion work matters so much.
I really enjoyed the roundtable sessions. It was great to connect with other ERG leaders and bounce ideas off each other on how to deal with the challenges we are all facing.
This year’s Workplace Summit was one for the memory books! From incredible plenary sessions to insightful and inspiring fireside chats we all left with an increased sense of belonging and positive momentum to move forward together!

Celebration & Pride
Moments that celebrate our collective commitment to workplace inclusion, including annual recognition, warm receptions to thank our valued Partners, and an unforgettable evening of celebration. Summit is a gathering of pride, purpose, and shared joy.
The future of work has never been either/or.
The leaders who succeed are the ones who can hold multiple truths at once.
It’s the leaders who hold complexity without flinching. The ERG leaders who show up even when it’s hard. The allies who speak up when silence would be easier. The companies that choose belonging not because it’s simple, but because it’s right.
In a time when it is tempting to narrow, we choose expansion.
In a time when it is easier to simplify, we embrace complexity.
In a time when some want to divide, we choose connection.
That is the Power of &. Community & Connection. Business & Belonging. Learning & Leadership. People & Possibility.
Workplace Summit is where the “&” comes alive.
This is Where The Work Gets Done
Political headwinds. AI reshaping every workforce. Shifting legal landscapes. The organizations that hold the line on belonging right now are the ones that will lead what comes next. Summit is where leaders come to think, connect, and act together. You will:

Gain proven strategies tested by organizations navigating the same pressures you are, and put them to work the moment you’re back at your desk.

Leave with practical action plans ready to implement immediately, so you can translate what you learn into meaningful impact inside your organization.

Build lasting relationships with colleagues, mentors, and collaborators across industries who understand your work because they’re doing it too.

Sharpen your leadership edge with sessions designed to help you lead with more confidence, clarity, and influence across your organization.
