What is Leadership Lab Day?
Leadership Lab Day is a full-day pre-conference intensive designed for practitioners who want to go deep before going broad. You choose one track, spend the day with a focused group of colleagues working on the same challenges, and leave with tools you can actually use.
Each track is led by expert practitioners. Interactive sessions, real-world skill-building, and a culminating experience that pulls it all together. Think of it as the day that makes the rest of Workplace Summit land even better.
Space in each track is limited by design. That’s what makes it work.
