As part of an expanded lineup of regional impact programs, Out & Equal’s 2025 Southern States Forum series begins in Charlotte. Southern States Forum programs build on our commitment to creating workplaces of true belonging for LGBTQ+ employees across the Southern United States.
In today’s challenging environment, where policy efforts and rhetoric targeting the LGBTQ+ community continue to intensify, our Southern States Forum provides an essential space for:
