The Out & Equal Chile Symposium will convene HR professionals, ERG leaders, and inclusion champions to address the unique challenges and opportunities for LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion in Chile. This event will equip attendees with actionable strategies to create more inclusive workplaces, drawing on insights from Out & Equal’s 2024 Understanding Chilean LGBTQ+ Workplace Experiences Survey Report. Participants will engage with industry experts, share best practices, and explore innovative approaches tailored to the Chilean context that address outstanding challenges for the community.
