In this microlearning, you’ll learn the history of the term “intersectionality” and the three modes of intersectionality that Kimberlé Crenshaw’s pivotal work explores. Explore how this framework informs how we explain and navigate our identities and reflect on your own identities. Next, consider this framework including LGBTQ+ and other identities. Lastly, consider individual strategies and inclusive programming to include and elevate intersectional perspectives.
