I wanted to share with you an excellent workplace equality conference – the Out & Equal Workplace Summit – happening October 17-20, in-person in Las Vegas, NV. The Workplace Summit is the largest LGBTQ+ conference in the world and this year they will welcome thousands of LGBTQ+ and ally professionals (from executives to ERG leaders) both virtually and in-person. This is the first Workplace Summit back in-person since before the pandemic and I would love to be a part of this incredible gathering!
Summit is a four-day conference filled with abundant educational opportunities including over 100 LGBTQ+ and diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops, panels, roundtables, and networking opportunities. Summit also has inspiring plenary sessions featuring prominent LGBTQ+ and ally leaders and celebrities. Take a look at the highlights from last year’s Summit plenary sessions and featured premier sessions.
At the Workplace Summit, there is content for almost anyone in our (Insert ERG / Organization / Firm). If we can attend this conference, our personnel will bring back cutting-edge information surrounding LGBTQ+ talent acquisition, retention, ERG development, and best global HR/DEI practices. Most of our industry peers, clients, and competitors are already attending. I wouldn’t want us to miss this important opportunity to gain the edge we need to be successful with (Insert focus: ERG development/recruitment/capacity building/supplier diversity/D&I/benefits administration/executive promotion).
