Out & Equal On Demand Learning provides our Partner organizations with 24/7, unlimited access to critical education resources.
These learning sessions provide individuals with the core knowledge needed to start—or build on—the essential LGBTQ+ in the workplace learning journey. Our offerings currently include Foundational Sessions for full-length learning sessions at your own pace, as well as our ever-growing Microlearning Library – keep checking back throughout the year for more!

2025 Partners
These classes are about 60 minutes in length and will provide you with core knowledge that you’ll need for your LGBTQ+ learning journey.
