This 2023 Workplace Summit session explores how Pride Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) can partner with other ERGs to deepen impact through intersectional collaboration. The session examines how shared experiences across identities, such as race, gender, disability, and sexual orientation, can strengthen connection, break down silos, and advance more inclusive workplace cultures.

Through practical examples and guided discussion, the workshop highlights strategies for building cross-ERG alliances, amplifying marginalized voices, and addressing the complexities of overlapping identities. The result is a more unified, collaborative approach to inclusion that drives belonging and meaningful organizational change.
