The Chile No Sabe Report highlights the challenges companies face in creating inclusive workplaces in Chile.
To address this, we have designed a dynamic 90-minute session to explore the structural and cultural barriers that sustain workplace violence against LGBTI+ individuals.
Through the exchange of experiences and best practices, we will develop concrete actions to foster inclusion, strengthen leadership, and drive cultural transformation within organizations.
Objectives:
– Raise awareness of workplace violence against the LGBTI+ community.
– Analyze structural and cultural barriers that perpetuate exclusion.
– Encourage leaders and organizations to commit to policies and actions that eliminate workplace violence.
– Facilitate the exchange of experiences and best practices, fostering collective efforts to promote a more inclusive workplace.
