The 2025 Brazil Forum, a country-focused iteration of Out & Equal’s annual LATAM Forum, examines the most pressing issues impacting LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion in Brazil. This full-day program will address challenges and opportunities for fostering inclusive workplaces in Latin America’s largest economy.  

The morning forum will convene executives, ERG leaders, and HR professionals to share best practices and expertise.  

The afternoon Best Practices Learning Fair offers companies the chance to showcase in-country LGBTQ+ initiatives and engage with other inclusion leaders through facilitated dialogue and networking. This event is designed to foster collaboration, mentorship, and the exchange of best practices among companies to build a stronger network of inclusive organizations.
