2019 Out & Equal LGBTQ China Forum in Partnership with ShanghaiPRIDE

Following the 2018 Out & Equal China Roundtable, with nearly 100 attendees from over 50 companies, we are excited to return this year in partnership with ShanghaiPRIDE to evolve the event into the bigger and better 2019 China Forum!
This full-day Forum will dive even deeper into the issues, including both a beginner and advanced track examining issues such as forming ERGs, engaging and retaining LGBTQ leaders, and how companies can get creative to drive change. Join leaders from Chinese and multinational corporations in strategizing towards next steps and exchanging ideas and best practices to advance workplace inclusion for LGBTQ people in China!
The Forum will have simultaneous translation from Chinese (Mandarin) to English and English to Chinese (Mandarin).
What’s new about the 2019 China Forum?
- “LGBTQ 101” morning session, as a refresher or to provide a baseline for the day
- More programming – simultaneous panels and workshops across “beginner” and “advanced” tracks
