About Out & Equal Tampa Bay

The formation of the Out & Equal Tampa Bay was announced in March 2009. Out & Equal Tampa Bay educates and empowers organizations, human resources professionals, employee resource groups and individual employees through programs and services.  Our goal is for these programs to result in equal policies at the local and state levels, along with equal opportunities, practices and benefits in the workplace regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, expression or characteristics.
