Out & Equal Workplace Advocates is a nonprofit, 501 (c) 3 organization. As a nonprofit group, we rely on the generous support of our corporate sponsors, grants from foundations, and the individuals gifts from people like you.

Donors to Out & Equal Workplace Advocates believe in our vision of a world where no one has to choose between the career they love, or the person they love. We advocate for fully-inclusive workspaces where each person can bring their whole self, inclusive of all sexual orientations, gender identities and characteristics.

We offer two easy and simple ways to support Out & Equal:

Employer Matched Gifts
