Vey, Madelaine Vilgren

executives the challenges confronting companies in navigating
diverse laws, social attitudes, and LGBT identities in their

outlawed some anti-LGBT legislation, yet—especially in Eastern
Europe—there is still strong social disapproval that has lead to
attacks on pride demonstrations. In Canada, Spain, Belgium,
the Netherlands, and Scandinavia, LGBT people have achieved
legal equality, but there is still work to be done on addressing
homophobia in social attitudes and in the workplace.
