Tim Schulte | HR Manager
Tim joined the team as Out & Equal’s HR Manager in August of 2017. After graduating with an MA in Translation from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, Tim began his career at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation where he worked first in the Programs Department and later as Office Manager in the Foundation’s Client Services Department. After more than a decade in Human Resources in the for-profit sector, Tim’s goal was to transition back to the nonprofit world and work in an organization whose mission is one of doing good. And he found just that at Out & Equal. Outside of the office, Tim spends his free time studying foreign languages, gardening, reading and oil painting at the Sadie Valerie Atelier in San Francisco.
