Steve Roth | Senior Director of Global Initiatives
Steve is Director of Global Initiatives at Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, where he leads the organization’s efforts to advance LGBT workplace equality globally. Prior to that, he served as founding Executive Director of Alturi, a non-profit whose mission is to educate and engage Americans on global LGBT issues. In 2008, he founded OutThink Partners, a boutique communications, marketing and advocacy organization specializing in the LGBT market. A leader in corporate communications and marketing, Steve has also served as Director of Guest Experience at Atlantis Events, the world’s largest LGBT travel company, and International Media Relations Manager at United Airlines. A graduate of the University of Chicago in Latin American Studies, Steve speaks Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese.
