Rachel joined the Out & Equal staff in November 2014. She leads a team that manages corporate partnerships for more than 400 Fortune 1,000 companies, Out & Equal events including the Workplace Summit, Executive Forums, and Global Round-Tables, as well as the organizations marketing and communications department. She brings unparalleled experience in fundraising strategy, portfolio diversification, and relationship building. Rachel has a proven track record of directing successful campaigns raising millions of dollars for nonprofits locally and around the world. Her previous experiences were in creating multi-platform giving opportunities that match the philanthropic interests of individuals and companies with the funding needs of non-profits. Rachel has a Masters in Public Affairs from Indiana University. Rachel is a California native and lives with her wife, Madeline, in San Francisco.
