Mikaela Rioux | Development Associate
Mikaela joined the Out & Equal team in August of 2017. After graduating from McGill University in Montreal, Q.C. circa 2006 with a double major in Theater and Women’s Studies, Mikaela began her career in the San Francisco LGBTQ non-profit sector in 2007. She brings many years of non-profit administrative, fundraising and event production experience to the table and hopes to use her skills to help take Out & Equal’s Corporate Engagement department to the next level. Mikaela is passionate about creating safe spaces for our LGBTQ community to thrive, in the workplace and the world. Outside of the office, Mikaela enjoys cosplay, cycling and as much live music as possible.
