Alyssa became a part of the Out & Equal team in August 2015. She graduated from Indiana University in May 2014 with a degree in Nonprofit Management. After graduating, Alyssa became the Administrative Assistant at Realized Worth which works with companies to develop and maintain corporate social responsibility programs. She learned the importance of employee engagement in its community and workforce and is why she is passionate about the work of Out & Equal. She hopes to contribute to Out & Equal’s impact in the workplace and help companies create positive spaces for all their employees. Outside of the office, Alyssa enjoys exploring the neighborhoods of San Francisco and the East Bay. She is still very new to the area but is growing accustomed to the Sunday brunch and park scene. Alyssa also enjoys an active lifestyle and trying new activities such as sea kayaking and various yoga classes.
