About Out & Equal San Francisco Bay Area

Out & Equal San Francisco Bay Area has for many years coordinated Pride Power Breakfasts, evening networking socials, and other events designed to bring a year-round taste of the Summit as well as networking opportunities to Bay Area LGBT people and our allies interested in improving workplaces for all employees.

Our events are created through combining the interests of Bay Area sponsoring organizations and the needs of the LGBT workplace community, with the talents of Bay Area thought leaders to deliver timely, ground-breaking, entertaining, and challenging workshops and other events.

Our Council is always looking for individuals with a vision for improving the community who want a broader platform for bringing our diverse community together. We are an engaged and fun group of smart, talented, articulate, passionate and diverse individuals who are committed to changing the world by changing the workplace. Does this describe you? Consider this your personal invitation to contact our co-chairs about coming to a meeting or two to find out more.

If you have a talent or topic to share with the community, please contact us to explore designing a workshop that puts you in front of many of the brightest movers and shakers in the Bay Area employee resource community.

If you work for a company or organization interested in sponsoring and/or hosting an event, please contact our co-chairs. We have hosted events in San Francisco, on the peninsula, in the South Bay and the East Bay. We are always looking for new venues so we can reach new audiences.

If you are connected to a community of people you would like to link up to our events, and possibly have an event focused on that community, please contact us to discuss the possibilities. We are serious about reaching out to communities we have not yet engaged, and we could use your help.
