This training helps LGBT leaders explore the critical attitudes and skills needed to lead others. Participants explore the competencies and values that define excellent leaders, and identify their own unique strengths, opportunities and patterns of interacting with others.

Participants examine ways in which LGBT and other identities both hinder and facilitate how to demonstrate effective leadership, and leave with an action plan to foster ongoing development.
