The 2012 Out & Equal Executive Forum is for:
- High-level LGBT professionals
– Those with clear authority and discretion in management and budget
making for a significant business or function within an organization.
They have direct access to the chief executive officer, separated by no
more than four levels, depending on the size of the organization.
- Emerging LGBT executives
– Professionals who report directly to executive management with a
career path that will result in significant authority and discretion in
management and budget decision making. The Leadership Class will be an
ethnically, culturally and geographically diverse group of no more than
25 leaders from varying industries.
