About Out & Equal Greater Portland/Southwest Washington

Founded in October 2007, Out & Equal Greater Portland/Southwest Washington is a collaborative network of local companies supporting workplace equality for all lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees. We serve as a resource to Oregon and SW Washington corporate ERGs (employee resource groups) in their efforts to advance workplace equality, providing educational and networking events in the greater Portland area.

Our mission is to provide a collaborative environment for professionals and businesses who strive to create inclusive work environments for all employees.
