About Out & Equal NY Finger Lakes

Out & Equal NY Finger Lakes was formed out of the Finger Lakes LGBT Workplace Alliance (FLLWA), which voted to become an Out & Equal Regional Affiliate in the summer of 2008. This dedicated group will continue to build upon the great successes which have made the Rochester-Finger Lakes region a leader in LGBT diversity.

Out & Equal NY Finger Lakes is very excited to continue the quality of programming and networking that the region has come to expect, and is excited to unite with a national movement under the Out & Equal banner.
