The Foundation Manager will create, manage and implement a strategic institutional foundation program to cultivate and solicit financial support from corporate, community and family foundations for Out & Equal. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Engagement, this position will establish long-term partnerships, strengthen existing relationships and initiate new contacts to support Out & Equal programming, operations and organizational capacity building. The desired candidate will have a strong commitment to the mission of Out & Equal, provide expertise in identifying sources of institutional funding, proactively seek opportunities to generate proposals based on foundation guidelines and interests, and effectively maintain strong relationships with foundations and foundation program officers.

Salary is dependent on experience.
